1- When you are not actively scrolling or using the keyboard, remove hands from keyboard and do something else. Massage your wrists and bend your hands. Or play with your hair. Or masturbate. 

2- Desk must be proper height to rest wrists on desk while typing on keyboard. Keyboard must be short enough so that doing this doesn&#039;t put your hands at a very strange angle. 

Mostly number 1, though. When you are not typing, your hands should not be on the keyboard. When you are not actively mousing, your hand should not be on the mouse. Heck, even when I&#039;m typing something I frequently take breaks between paragraphs for stretchiness. :)</description>
