Mmm.
VOSS
*Artesian Water From Norway*
When I was underage, I used to go into liquor stores and buy tons of this stuff that was 4 bux a pop. I’d get the bottles packed up in the big cardboard wine boxes and after I left the store, people would look at me and wonder why a minor was so obviously carrying a crate of booze.
I like the packaging that looks like big glass test tubes. Madonna has been rumored to bathe in it. And the taste trumphs even Fiji brand water, which I used to think was the ultimate in pure water.
Voss makes me a total water snob happy.
Oo. It’s pretty.
It looks like an expensive shampoo or something.
It’s SUPER tasty. I dig it!
I knew immediately that VOSS water was ultracool (tres, TRES chic) when I stayed at my first W hotel about 5 years ago and they had VOSS in the room…. I remember that my first impression was that it must be vodka for the minibar.
On a semi-related note, I just discovered something interesting sounding in my new Bon Appetit. A new Seattle based soda company called Dry. Check out drysoda.com….it seems to only be available in the Pacific Northwest, and primarily in the Seattle area. Interesting flavors like Kumquat, Lavender, Lemongrass, and Rhubarb. I want a full report later on your blog.
Hmm. Dry soda? I havnt heard of it, but I’ll have to check and see if they have it at Central Market. Looks yummy…
