Some really cool magnets from a local Seattle artist.

So yesterday I was downtown in Pike’s Place Market, doing the tourist thing with D’s best friend’s g-friend and we came across a local Seattle artist who makes really cool looking magnets and coasters. His name is Graham Callan. His pieces are made out of chunks of see through plastic with painting and digital collage (i think?) covering the backs. I bought 2 of the magnets and my friend Karla also bought one, as well as one of his coasters. (Although if we had had more money, we would have purchased most of his stuff.)

They are really cool looking and I wanted to share my goodies with you guys, while promoting another small local artist.

Therapy is expensive, i make art - Graham Callan

If anyone is interested in seeing more of his stuff, check out his website. Or, to see Graham’s newer work, like the pieces i purchased(which I think are especially rad) check him out down at his stall in Seattle’s Pike Place Market.
