Yep. I’m supposed to traipse up to Massachusetts at some point.

Finding freelance work, as I am now unemployed and pregnancy makes me unemployable.

>=] Ask Devon about my opinion on Macintoshes or reckless drivers. He’ll groan and tell you that I *never* avoid conflict. I’m surly!

An annoying hybrid. Lately more cursive. Unless I’m taking notes- then print slows me down and forces the information into my brain a bit more.
7. Do you sleep a lot?
Yes. The more the better. I’m saving up because Izzie will ensure that I never never sleep again.
8. Are you a heavy or light sleeper?
I’m both. Strange small noises wake me up (which is funny because I’m DEAF!) but I could sleep through a parade. And no matter what ends up waking me up, I’m almost always able to go right back to sleep without a problem. Once I got woken up by the big-dog for a walk, got dressed, walked the dogs at 3AM in the rain, got soaked, came back in, got undressed, wrapped a towel around my head, and went right back to sleep without a problem. L. however, was woken up by the fact that I was no longer in bed, and was awake for the next 4 hours.
9. You have an wealthy aunt who you are not of. She’s old and looking for heirs. Do you treat her more kindly?
That depends. In her hunt for heirs is she treating others more kindly? My approach has always been to treat people exactly as they deserve. Oddly, people tend to like me for that. Particlarly people that are afraid that others will suck up to them just to get their hands on the jackpot. I could care less about the jackpot. Either I like someone, or I don’t.

1. Who is your favorite author?
A: it once was Stephen King…never could put his books down… In the past several years, I rarely have read multiple books by the same author…too many good books out there. However, one exception is Pat Conroy…I find his writing interesting, addictive, cathartic…similar qualities to what attracted me to SKing books.
2. What is your favorite book?
A: Too many good books…however, two of my favorite books from the past 3 years were: My Losing Season by Pat Conroy and Paris to the Moon by Adam Gopnik
3. Are you taking any vacation this summer?
A: a few random days to spend with the family by the pool and a long weekend in Seattle for a friend’s wedding and to see my grandiguatter, Fifi.
4. What is your current worry?
A: Last week it was aliens coming out of crop circles…this week, probably that I will never have enough time to do all the things that need to be done.
5. Would you rather argue your opinion or stay quiet and avoid conflict?
A: In general, there are few things worth arguing for…much of what people argue about are inconsequential in the grand scheme of things…at least in my opinion. However, I’m getting more surly in my old age and thus looking more often for a good fight.

A: Cursive unless making yard sale signs…
7. Do you sleep a lot?
A: Umm…probably moderately low…about 6-7 hours on average…

A: Heavy. Almost nothing will wake me up.

Now, having done that and IMAGINING that I really have a wealthy aunt…..nah, she gets treated the same….same for other family members, friends and casual acquaintances.
A: First of all, to answer this question, I’d have to suspend all disbelief to imagine having a wealthy aunt….

Well I just wrapped up a week on the East Coast. I have a wedding to hit in Colorado later on, and want to do something fun for my anniversary.
4. What is your current worry?
Hmm. I think I worry too much. Right now, in no particular order: Money, work, the health and happiness of my iguana, my own health.
5. Would you rather argue your opinion or stay quiet and avoid conflict?
If there’s no point, I tend to avoid conflict, although I like to think I’d stand up for my ideals when it makes sense to do so. I also enjoy a good spirited debate, as long as the other person doesn’t get to personally wrapped up in it.

Print when I have to write.

Yeah, I wish I slept less. I have too much to do:)

Heavy I think. At least I never wake up due to my own snores:)

I try to treat all my relatives kindly, regardless of if I like them much:)

Thanks…although props to you and Devon for coming up with iguotter, the term used to describe the cute little voracious alien creature that’s a cross between an iguana and an otter in the TV show Surface….I sort of just co-opted it for my own personal use….glad you like it! And we should probably change the spelling to Grandiguaughter…

I have a bunch of favorites… at the moment, even though i’m not a veggie, i’ll go with upston sinclair’s “The Jungle”

Well, I was just back on the east coast for 2 weeks. I’m hoping that we’ll be able to take a trip somewhere nice for our anniversary in the beginning of september.

My belly dancing class that starts this wednesday… Also what to bring for a 4th of july bbq that we/re invited to.

It depends on the situation. If I dont know much about the situation then I’ll stay quiet, but if I know alot about a situation, I’ll defend my position to the death.

Print. My cursive looks really bad. Plus i never learned how to make a proper “z” in cursive.

Oh god yes. Way more than a normal person should.

I’m a pretty lightsleeper, I think. I wake up from hearing anything, but I can generally go back to sleep after waking up, no problem.

I might treat her more kindly just because she’s old and I would hate for her to die while we were on bad terms. ALthough I would also have a hard time imagining that I had a wealthy realtive who could leave me an inheritance.
