Every year in Lovington, NM, there is a festival on the 4th of July. It is home of the World’s Greatest Lizard Races.

I heard that last year there was only 1 entry for the Fastest Iguana race. We totally need to take Fifi… Although the only way you are allowed to prod your lizard to move is with the light brush of a feather… That may be a problem, seeing how Fifi is super stubborn and lazy. Also the human half of the team has to be under 16 years old. So I may need to find an underage ringer to wrangle Fifi.Another race rule is quite amusing. After some problems in festival years passed, there is a immediate disqualification for lizards that eat other lizards.
Luckily Fifi is a vegetarian.
Anyways. It totally looks fun, and I definitely want to bring Fifi… It’s sounds like the Olympics for reptiles!

Fifi would rule the lizard race! Put one of Devon’s sweet rolls at the finish line, then get out of the way!
Haha. That’s an awesome idea!
